1. I am responsible for my actions and the actions of my friends inside the limousine.
2. I will see to it that my friends understand the rules of responsibility.
3. I understand that these rules include, but are not limited to, NO SMOKING of anything inside the vehicle and ABSOLUTELY NO UNDER-AGED DRINKING of any alcoholic beverages of any kind inside the vehicle.
4. I fully comprehend that doing so will compromise my safety and my ability to make intelligent decisions.
5. More importantly it will be grounds for termination of service and that we may have to find some other means of transportation to get home.
6. Even more importantly, there will be a phone call placed to the parents of all those in the vehicle to inform them of this breach of contract.
7. I fully understand that in the event of termination of service, all deposits are forfeited, the full booking fee becomes immediately due and paid in full, and any other required or incurred expenditures will be charged to the account and or credit card of the person renting the limousine.
8. I fully understand that the driver is not my parent or guardian, but is wholly responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle, and as such has complete authority to dictate what conduct and actions are permissible.
9. I understand that taking responsibility for my actions is all part of becoming an adult and that this accumulation of responsible conduct will help build my character and self-esteem.
10. I understand that being responsible will enable people to trust me, now and through-out my life, as i take on various roles of supervising groups of people.
11. I do here by, solemnly and sincerely, promise and swear that i have read the above stated terms, respect the authority of this contract, and will inform all others of its' message, while agreeing to simply enjoy the ride and not cause any trouble.
